Conference of the Birds

Conference of the Birds metaphorically maps out the journey of the human ego and the quest for truth. Based on a 12th-century Sufi poem by Farid Ud-Din Attar, the script was adapted by Meena Natarajan, Directed by Dipankar Mukherjee.

Ensemble members: Sandra Agustin, Ricardo Beaird, Heidi Berg, Adlyn Carreras, Beverly Cottman, Maryam Houshyar, Masanari Kawahara, Tom LaBlanc, Alberto Panelli, and Atquetzali Quiroz.

Artistic team: musician Dan Rein, lighting designer Mike Wangen, costume designer Jeff Stolz, and choreographer Sandra Agustin.
